ESI Group's Executive Management is commited to continually improving the performance of all our activities: designing, developing and promoting our software solutions; and our associated services (technical support, customer training, and consulting). This policy focuses on attaining customer satisfaction while meeting our growth and profitability objectives.
ISO 9001 certification
Since 1998, ESI Group has been involved in a large quality enhancement program, which aims at achieving full conformity with ISO 9001 standards. The purpose is to meet our customers’ needs throughout our ever-growing network (now more than 30 countries).
In 2000, ESI Group successfully obtained its first ISO 9001 certification, following audits conducted by an independent and accredited third party company.
