Simulation Stamping Process

ESI’s stamping process simulation software is a comprehensive suite of applications that models the entire stamping chain. More basic simulations stamping process packages concentrate mainly on simulating the forming stage of the process in an effort to get rid of cracks and wrinkles.

ESI’s PAM-STAMP software, on the other hand, empowers its users to complete an entire virtual prototyping of the complete stamping chain. This includes modelling the forming and springback aspects, along with restrike and springback, flanging and springback and hemming and springback. This ensures that the designer has complete control over the entire stamping process, which guarantees the best quality and eliminates any surprises at the physical prototyping stage.
